When working on the initial quote, Kraig asked good questions to easily understand what we were looking for, was able to sketch quickly to demonstrate ideas and concepts, and provided options for materials and approach for us to consider. Through the build he communicated clearly and directly - relaying information seamlessly with both my husband and I.
