Delivery & Installation

In-Town Delivery & Installation

Your Plateau Sauna is delivered directly to your property using our truck and crane-equipped delivery setup. Delivery within Kamloops, crane placement, and professional on-site installation are included in the starting price.
Our crane-equipped setup allows us to safely position the sauna on your prepared site, followed by final assembly and installation. This provides a complete delivery and installation service from our shop to your backyard.

Site Preparation

The customer is responsible for providing a suitable, level, and accessible site before delivery. Any site preparation, leveling, access work, or additional installation requirements beyond the standard installation can be quoted separately.

Out-of-Town Delivery & Installation

Delivery outside Kamloops is available at an additional cost based on distance, access, crane requirements, and site conditions. Your Plateau Sauna is transported directly to your property using our truck and crane-equipped delivery setup, with professional on-site installation included in the quoted delivery price.
